BISON PRICE LIST
We are now offering bison shares! You can purchase a whole, half or quarter animal. We harvest throughout the year. If you’re interested in a bison share, please use our Contact Us form. We can discuss harvest dates and answer any questions you may have about the process.
Our bison is 100% grass-fed and grass finished. They live their entire lives on pasture. Their diet is supplemented with essential minerals and vitamins only.
We do not ship our meat as we sell out locally in-between harvests.

PORK PRICE LIST
Hazelnut finished pork is for sale by the pound, weight varies unless specified. Farm pick by appointment or pick up at Lane County Farmers Market on Saturdays. We do not ship our products as we sell out locally between harvests. Please call or email us to place an order. We harvest pigs once a year, quantity is limited.
Our pigs are raised on pasture and in the woods. We buy weaner pigs in the spring, raise them on the farm where they are moved to multiple paddocks using a rotational grazing system. In addition to their forest diet they are fed a no GMO, corn & soy free ration from Quilted Barn Feed in Pilomath, OR. We harvest once a year in late fall after they have munched on fallen acorns from the oak forest. We then finish them by feeding them the hazelnuts left over from harvest. Our specialty products* (smoked and cured products) are sent and finished at Taylor’s Sausage in Cave Junction, OR.
